1. Nature of Products and Scope of Application As a general rule, digital goods, virtual currencies, and licenses acquired on Raptware are delivered immediately upon payment confirmation. Important: This policy exclusively governs transactions processed directly through our official web portal (raptware.com). For purchases made within our titles distributed on third-party mobile platforms or stores (such as Google Play Store or Apple App Store), the refund policies, grace periods, and terms of service of those respective platforms will fully apply. Raptware assumes and respects the financial rulings issued by these providers.
2. Grace Period and Unrecognized Purchases (Exclusive to raptware.com) For transactions on raptware.com, we grant a strict 48-hour grace period from the exact time of the transaction for any claims related to unrecognized, accidental, or unauthorized purchases (e.g., made by a minor without consent). To exercise this guarantee, the payment method holder does not need to contact our support team; they must initiate the claim directly with their banking institution. The bank will coordinate the request with our authorized payment processor, who will verify that the claim falls within the 48-hour grace period and issue the corresponding cancellation movement.
3. Consumption of Goods, Return Points, and Fraud Prevention If an unrecognized purchase is successfully claimed through your bank (on raptware.com) or approved by a third-party mobile store within the established periods, the cancellation and refund will proceed even if the virtual goods or consumables (currencies, passes, items) have already been used in-game.

State Rollback (Return Points): Please be advised that our transaction system may or may not generate return points (save states) associated with each purchase. In the event that a cancellation is processed and the system has generated such a point, the user's game state, inventory, and progress will automatically revert to the exact point prior to the canceled transaction.

Abuse Penalty (Universal Application): This policy exists to protect families from genuine accidents. Raptware actively monitors transactions and account states across all its servers. If the system detects a repeated behavior where the same account makes purchases, consumes the virtual goods, and the holder subsequently files bank claims or demands systematic refunds (regardless of whether they were processed via raptware.com or through third-party mobile stores), this will be classified as financial fraud and platform abuse. Repeated instances of this conduct will result in an immediate ban and permanent deletion of the offending Raptware account, resulting in the total and irretrievable loss of any progress, previous purchases, or legitimately acquired goods.
