Welcome to Raptware. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our platform, video games, and related services. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be fully bound by the following conditions:
1. Account Creation and Protection of Minors
Our platform is designed to provide a safe entertainment environment free of unmoderated social interactions (no public chat or comment features). However, to create an account, the user must be at least 13 years of age or have the explicit consent and direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian. The account holder is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
2. Code of Conduct and Sanctions
Raptware maintains a zero-tolerance policy against behaviors that disrupt the fairness of our systems. The use of third-party programs, bots, scripts, the exploitation of vulnerabilities (bugs), or any attempt to manipulate the game's code is strictly prohibited. In the event of detecting violations of these rules, Raptware reserves the exclusive right to apply disciplinary measures including, but not limited to:

Full or partial reset of player progress.

Temporary account suspension.

Permanent ban and deletion of the offending account, without the right to compensation.
3. Purchases, Virtual Goods, and Data Restoration
By acquiring content within the platform (including, but not limited to, expansions, cosmetic skins, subscriptions, or virtual currencies), the user acknowledges that they do not acquire ownership of said goods, but rather a limited, personal, non-transferable, and revocable digital license for exclusive use within Raptware.
Restoration due to service failures: Raptware will not arbitrarily suspend accounts. If a user loses access to their purchases due to database corruption, cyber-attacks, or critical system failures on our end, we offer a recovery protocol. The user must contact technical support and present the official payment receipts issued by the payment gateway to validate the transaction.

Non-consumable goods: One-time purchases (premium games, active subscriptions, permanent cosmetics) are eligible for restoration upon receipt validation.

Consumable goods: Single-use items (virtual currencies, gacha pulls, fungible items) are not eligible for recovery under any circumstances.
Account Deletion: If a user voluntarily decides to delete their Raptware account, they will permanently and irreversibly lose access to all their progress, consumable, and non-consumable goods. Once an account is deleted, it is technically impossible to restore any previous purchases, regardless of the presentation of payment receipts.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, code, interface design, game mechanics, and graphical elements hosted on the platform are the exclusive property of Raptware. Additionally, certain video games hosted on the platform may include characters, names, or visual elements belonging to their respective creators. These third-party elements are used under express authorization or license and are protected by international copyright laws. Their reproduction, distribution, or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
Raptware provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Raptware shall not be held liable for data loss, server interruptions due to maintenance, or service outages caused by external factors.
