These Terms of Service apply to Aoyama Vs Fantasmas (the "App"), published by Raptware. They have two parts: the App-specific terms (Part A) and Raptware's general Terms (Part B). By downloading, installing or using the App, you accept both. If they conflict, Part A prevails for the App.
Part A. Terms specific to Aoyama Vs Fantasmas
A1. Price
The App is free to download and to play, and it is funded by advertising. It has no shop and no purchases with real money. Besides the rewarded ads described below, the App shows full-screen (interstitial) ads at some transitions in the game and, in some versions (for example, on mobile devices), a fixed banner in a strip of the screen; these are not optional and give no reward.
A2. Rewarded Ads
Watching a rewarded ad is always optional: it only plays when an ad is available and you choose to start it. The reward is given when the ad is completed; if it is interrupted, it may not be given. Ad availability depends on the advertising provider and may vary by country and over time. The App uses rewarded ads in two cases:
- Extra life during play: while you play, a gift may appear on screen. If you activate it and watch the ad, you get an extra life. The gift disappears after use and shows up again whenever another ad is available.
- Last chance: when you run out of lives, the App offers you a single chance to recover a life by watching an ad. If no ad is available at that moment, the accept button stays disabled; you can wait until it becomes enabled or decline the offer. If you accept and lose all your lives again on the same level, the offer is not repeated on that level; it is offered again when you reach a new level.
These rewards are not a guaranteed right: they depend on an ad being available.
A3. No Account
The App does not use Raptware accounts. Your progress is stored only on your device: if you uninstall the App, clear its data or change devices, that progress is lost and we cannot recover it.
Part B. Raptware's general Terms
Last Updated: November 2026
Welcome to Raptware. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our platform, video games, and related services. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be fully bound by the following conditions:
1. Account Creation and Protection of Minors
Our platform is designed to provide a safe entertainment environment free of unmoderated social interactions (no public chat or comment features). However, to create an account, the user must be at least 13 years of age or have the explicit consent and direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian. The account holder is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
2. Code of Conduct and Sanctions
Raptware maintains a zero-tolerance policy against behaviors that disrupt the fairness of our systems. The use of third-party programs, bots, scripts, the exploitation of vulnerabilities (bugs), or any attempt to manipulate the game's code is strictly prohibited. In the event of detecting violations of these rules, Raptware reserves the exclusive right to apply disciplinary measures including, but not limited to:
-
Full or partial reset of player progress.
-
Temporary account suspension.
-
Permanent ban and deletion of the offending account, without the right to compensation.
3. Purchases, Virtual Goods, and Data Restoration
By acquiring content within the platform (including, but not limited to, expansions, cosmetic skins, subscriptions, or virtual currencies), the user acknowledges that they do not acquire ownership of said goods, but rather a limited, personal, non-transferable, and revocable digital license for exclusive use within Raptware.
Restoration due to service failures: Raptware will not arbitrarily suspend accounts. If a user loses access to their purchases due to database corruption, cyber-attacks, or critical system failures on our end, we offer a recovery protocol. The user must contact technical support and present the official payment receipts issued by the payment gateway to validate the transaction.
-
Non-consumable goods: One-time purchases (premium games, active subscriptions, permanent cosmetics) are eligible for restoration upon receipt validation.
-
Consumable goods: Single-use items (virtual currencies, gacha pulls, fungible items) are not eligible for recovery under any circumstances.
Account Deletion: If a user voluntarily decides to delete their Raptware account, they will permanently and irreversibly lose access to all their progress, consumable, and non-consumable goods. Once an account is deleted, it is technically impossible to restore any previous purchases, regardless of the presentation of payment receipts.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, code, interface design, game mechanics, and graphical elements hosted on the platform are the exclusive property of Raptware. Additionally, certain video games hosted on the platform may include characters, names, or visual elements belonging to their respective creators. These third-party elements are used under express authorization or license and are protected by international copyright laws. Their reproduction, distribution, or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
Raptware provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Raptware shall not be held liable for data loss, server interruptions due to maintenance, or service outages caused by external factors.
6. Service Operator and Contact
Raptware is the trade name under which Roberto Antonio Pavón Terán, an individual carrying on a business activity, based in Baja California, Mexico, operates (hereinafter, "Raptware"). For any question, clarification or complaint about these Terms or about a purchase, you can write to us at support@raptware.com.
7. Purchases, Prices and Refunds
The price of every purchase is shown before you confirm it. Digital goods are delivered immediately once the payment is confirmed.
- Purchases inside apps downloaded from a store (such as Google Play): they are charged and managed by that store, and their refunds are governed by the store's policies.
- Purchases made directly on raptware.com: they are processed by our authorized payment providers and governed by our Refund and Return Policy.
8. Termination
You may stop using our services at any time and request the deletion of your account as explained in How to delete your account. Raptware may suspend or terminate an account under section 2. Should Raptware decide to permanently stop offering a game or service, it will announce it on the site with reasonable notice.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The current version is published on this page with its update date. When a change is significant, we will announce it on the site and, if you have a registered account, by email, before it takes effect. If you do not agree with the new version, you may stop using the service and delete your account. Changes do not affect purchases already made.
10. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms limits the rights granted to you by the consumer protection laws that apply to you and that cannot be waived, including the Federal Consumer Protection Law in Mexico and, if you reside in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the consumer protection laws of your country of residence. Any provision of these Terms that contradicts those rights will not apply to you to that extent.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts of the state of Baja California, Mexico, without prejudice to your right to turn to the Mexican Federal Consumer Protection Agency (PROFECO) or to the courts and authorities of your country of residence where the applicable law grants it.
12. App-Specific Terms and Related Documents
Some of our apps have specific terms that complement these Terms. In case of conflict, the specific terms prevail for that app.
See also our Privacy Policy and our Refund and Return Policy.
13. Language
These Terms are offered in several languages. If there are differences between versions, the Spanish version prevails, unless the applicable law provides otherwise.
